Privacy Policy

Contact and data deletion: dxckjds@gmail.com

1. Scope

This policy explains how AI Store Doctor accesses, collects, uses, stores, shares, and deletes data across its website, browser extension, AI and Gateway/API services, Google integrations, and Store Memory, Product Family Memory, and Product Memory.

2. Information we process

Depending on your use, we process account and contact details, business information, product titles, images, descriptions, parameters, documents, certificates, instructions, and feedback. When you activate the browser extension on a product page, it may read relevant titles, categories, keywords, specifications, images, descriptions, business details, and page structure. We do not continuously collect all browsing activity for advertising tracking or cross-site profiling.

3. Authorized Google data

AI Store Doctor has integrated Google APIs. We access Google data only with authorization and within the permissions needed for enabled features. Depending on the integration, this includes Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console, selected Drive files and Sheets data, and Google Account identifiers or basic profile information needed to connect your account. We do not request permissions merely for future features.

4. Google data purposes

Google Ads: authorized account, campaign, ad group, keyword, search-term, impression, click, cost, and conversion data supports your advertising reports, keyword research, and performance diagnosis.

Google Analytics: authorized traffic, page activity, acquisition, and conversion metrics support analysis of your website and channels.

Search Console: authorized queries, pages, clicks, impressions, and average-position metrics support search-performance reports and content insights.

Drive and Sheets: we read or write files, sheet cells, and related metadata you select when necessary to import materials, analyze data, or save the results you request. Write access is used only for authorized actions you instruct.

Google Account: authorized identifiers and basic profile information support account identification and connection. Data is used for disclosed, visible features you request.

5. Google Limited Use

AI Store Doctor's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

These commitments cover Google API data and data derived, aggregated, or anonymized from it. We do not sell it, provide it to data brokers, use it for ad serving, personalized advertising or retargeting, credit scoring or lending, or train or improve general-purpose AI/ML models with it. Analysis of your own advertising performance does not authorize use of Workspace data for ad targeting.

Read the Google API Services User Data Policy.

6. Google data and AI

Necessary Google data may be processed by the AI provider identified for your task to produce your requested analysis, such as a keyword performance report. We disclose the relevant processing and obtain the required consent before transfer. We limit payloads to necessary data and require compatible data-use restrictions. We do not send passwords, API keys, or OAuth tokens to models as task content. We do not use or permit this data to train general-purpose models.

7. Sharing Google data

Transfers are limited to providing or improving appropriate, prominent user-facing features with consent, security purposes, legal obligations, or a merger, acquisition, or asset sale with explicit prior user consent. Necessary processors may include AI, hosting, storage, authentication, and security providers. Their handling must comply with the applicable Google data restrictions; general third-party terms do not override those restrictions.

8. Human access

We do not routinely read Google user data. Human access is limited to your affirmative agreement to view specific data, necessary security or abuse investigation, legal requirements, or aggregated data used for internal operations in accordance with applicable law and Google's policy.

9. Revoke authorization

You can revoke access through Google Account connections, or use an available disconnect control in AI Store Doctor. Once revoked, we stop new access under that authorization. Revocation does not by itself delete previously saved reports, memories, or data; request deletion using the process below.

10. Google data storage

We may retain saved reports, results, configuration, authorization records, and workflow caches needed for your enabled features. Data may be processed on your device, our service infrastructure, and necessary processors according to the feature. We do not retain unrelated permanent copies and observe applicable API-specific retention and caching limits.

11. Google Ads accounts

We access only accounts you are authorized to connect. Data supports your own dashboards, keyword insights, and advertising analysis and is handled under applicable privacy law and Google Ads API terms. Google permissions are not permission to access another business's data without authority.

12. AI providers

Depending on your feature and configuration, providers may include OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, DeepSeek, Moonshot/Kimi, and Qwen/Alibaba Cloud. Necessary task text, images, and context are sent to the provider used. Applicable provider policies govern their independent processing, subject to the additional Google restrictions stated above.

13. Uploaded materials

Product and business images, documents, certificates, tables, and other materials are processed for the functions you request. Avoid submitting information unnecessary for the task or information you are not authorized to share.

14. Store and product-family memories

Store Memory saves confirmed business descriptions, capabilities, packaging, FAQs, certification information, and visual guidelines for reuse in your store. Product Family Memory saves shared information and styles for a product series. These features support your own work, not general model training.

15. Product Memory

Product identity, specifications, confirmed facts, images, keywords, titles, detail pages, and earlier versions may be saved for your product workflow. You may edit available records or request deletion.

16. Public internet sources

We may process public business websites, product pages, specifications, certifications, and images for identity matching, references, and candidate facts. Public availability does not establish accuracy or grant commercial reuse rights. We do not automatically treat third-party images as your assets.

17. Other sharing

We do not sell personal data. Necessary hosting, database, AI, security, and user-connected services may process data to deliver requested functions. Disclosures required by law or necessary for security are limited to their purpose. Google data remains subject to the narrower rules above.

18. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data and credentials, including secure transmission and appropriate access controls. No system offers absolute security. API credentials and authorization tokens must not be published or included in AI prompts.

19. Retention

We retain data only as necessary for service delivery, your saved work, security, and legal obligations, and subject to applicable API limits. When the purpose ends, we delete data or handle it as permitted by law and applicable provider rules. Where information must be retained by law, its use is restricted to that purpose.

20. Deletion and other requests

Email dxckjds@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your account, Google-derived reports and caches, saved business material, Store Memory, Product Family Memory, Product Memory, or generated history. Identify your account and requested scope; do not include passwords, tokens, or API keys. We may verify your identity and will respond within applicable legal time limits. We will explain any lawful retention exception. Disconnecting Google and deleting saved data are separate actions. Local copies, downloaded exports, and independently held third-party copies may require deletion through those locations.

21. Credentials

Keys and tokens you supply are processed only as needed to authenticate authorized services and are treated as confidential. Storage depends on the feature's local or Gateway configuration. We do not sell or publicly expose these credentials. You can revoke keys with their issuing provider.

22. Cookies and technical information

Necessary cookies or similar storage may support login, sessions, security, preferences, and operation. Basic technical information may be processed to operate and protect the service. Any nonessential analytics or marketing technology will receive applicable disclosures and consent choices before use where required.

23. International processing

Google, AI providers, and infrastructure providers may process data in other countries. We apply the safeguards required by applicable law to relevant transfers. Google data restrictions continue to apply across locations.

24. Children

The service is intended for businesses and professional users, not children. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can address it.

25. Independent services

Google, AI providers, Made-in-China.com, and other independently used services have their own privacy policies. This policy covers AI Store Doctor's handling and does not replace those policies.

26. Policy updates

We update this page and its last-updated date when integrations, processing, or legal requirements change. Material changes receive appropriate notice. New Google data types or purposes require updated disclosures and consent before the new processing begins.

27. Contact and operator

For privacy, deletion, or Google data questions, email dxckjds@gmail.com. Website: aistoredoctor.store. Operator: AI Store Doctor.
