1. Our services
AI Store Doctor provides product identification, listing diagnosis, keyword research, title and detail-page editing, image analysis and generation, fact checking, multi-model AI collaboration, business research, and authorized third-party integrations. These terms cover our website, browser extension, AI services, Gateway/API services, and saved workspaces.
2. Google API services
AI Store Doctor has integrated Google APIs. Access requires your authorization and is limited to the permissions necessary for the features you enable. Supported workflows include Google Ads analysis, Google Analytics traffic analysis, Search Console search-performance analysis, and processing files and spreadsheets you select in Drive and Sheets. Google Account information may be used to identify and connect your account. Each integration depends on the feature and permissions you actually enable; listing a service here does not grant access to it.
3. Google Ads
For accounts you are authorized to access, we may analyze campaigns, ad groups, keywords, search terms, impressions, clicks, costs, and conversions to produce reports and operational suggestions. Recommendations do not guarantee traffic, ranking, leads, sales, or advertising returns. Applicable Google Ads and Google Ads API terms also govern use of those services. Changes to external accounts or files require the relevant authorization and your instruction.
4. AI providers
Supported providers may include OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, DeepSeek, Moonshot/Kimi, and Qwen/Alibaba Cloud. The provider used depends on your selected feature and configuration. Necessary product text, images, confirmed facts, keywords, and instructions may be processed by that provider to complete your task. Google data processing remains subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable Limited Use requirements.
5. AI-generated content
AI may generate titles, keywords, descriptions, FAQs, images, layouts, and operational suggestions that contain errors or omissions. Check technical parameters, certifications, business capabilities, safety claims, and advertising data before publication or commercial use.
6. Facts and confirmation
Extracted page content, image recognition, external references, AI inferences, user edits, and confirmed facts may be distinguished in the service. Inferred or unconfirmed information is not a verified fact. Information you confirm may be saved in your Product Memory or Store Memory for reuse.
7. Generated images
Generated product scenes, factory illustrations, packaging displays, and other visuals must be identified as required by law and platform rules. Do not present generated facilities, staff, or equipment as photographs of your actual business. You must have the rights needed to use source material.
8. Certificates and qualifications
You may organize and display authentic certificates. Do not fabricate certificate numbers, official seals, signatures, accreditations, or certification conclusions. You are responsible for verifying the authenticity and validity of published claims.
9. Public internet material
At your request, we may consult public business and product sources for identity matching, reference parameters, and evidence. Public access does not grant commercial reuse rights. Third-party images and text remain reference material unless you have permission to reuse them.
10. Third-party platforms
Assistance with Made-in-China.com and other platforms depends on their interfaces, permissions, APIs, and rules. Compatibility and publishing functions may change. Review the actual destination content before publishing and comply with the platform's terms. AI Store Doctor does not imply endorsement by those platforms or Google.
11. User content and intellectual property
You retain your existing rights in content you provide and authorize us to process it as necessary to deliver your requested services. You must have rights to submitted images, trademarks, documents, certificates, and data. Do not infringe rights, impersonate businesses, publish fraudulent claims, attack systems, bypass security, or access accounts without permission. Our software and branding remain the property of their respective owners. Use of AI output is subject to applicable law and provider terms; exclusivity or copyright protection is not guaranteed.
12. Saved memories
Store Memory saves business information, packaging, FAQs, certifications, and brand guidelines. Product Family Memory saves reusable series information and styles. Product Memory saves product identity, images, parameters, keywords, descriptions, and confirmed facts. These records support your own workflow. You may edit available records or request deletion through the contact details below.
13. Analysis results
Scores, keyword suggestions, quality checks, trend analysis, and advertising recommendations are assistance tools. We do not guarantee improved ranking, lower costs, increased traffic, leads, sales, or a specific return.
14. Accounts and credentials
Use only accounts and credentials you are authorized to use. Protect passwords, OAuth permissions, API keys, and tokens, and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. Responsibility for an incident depends on its cause and applicable law; these terms do not remove our own legal obligations.
15. Charges
Any paid offering will disclose price, billing cycle, usage limits, and applicable renewal and cancellation terms before purchase. Third-party API charges may be payable separately under your provider agreement. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
16. Availability
Maintenance, network incidents, provider failures, quota limits, or platform changes may interrupt service. We may improve, change, or discontinue features and will provide notice where required.
17. Suspension and termination
We may restrict access for fraud, serious breaches, attacks, unlawful activity, or infringement. You may stop using the service and request account and data deletion. Retention after termination follows our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
18. Nature of the service
AI Store Doctor provides operational assistance. Its outputs are not legal, financial, investment, product-safety, or certification advice, and are not official Google or platform recommendations.
19. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses from use of the service. No exclusion applies where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing removes mandatory statutory rights or duties.
20. Updates
We may update these terms for service, integration, policy, or legal changes. Revised terms will show an updated date; material changes will receive notice as required by law. Any consent required by law will be obtained.
